THESE WIRES MAY BE SLACK. 3. LIGHTING FIXTURES WEIGHING 56 POUNDS OR MORE SHALL BE SUPPORTED DIRECTLY FROM THE STRUCTURE ABOVE BY APPROVED HANGERS. 4. PENDANT-HUNG LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL BE SUPPORTED DIRECTLY FROM THE STRUCTURE ABOVE USING NO. 9 GAGE WIRE OR APPROVED ALTERNATE SUPPORT WITHOUT USING THE CEILING SUSPENSION SYSTEM FOR DIRECT SUPPORT. %%uCEILING NOTES: 1. IDENTIFY CEILING LAYOUT STARTING POINT TO ENSURE THAT LIGHT FIXTURES ARE CONTINUOUS AND UNINTERRUPTED BY COLUMNS. 2. CEILINGS SHALL NOT BE USED FOR SUPPORTING ANY BUILDING INSULATION.
